This page explains how Elayono Global (“we”) handles information you share through www.elayonoglobal.com. It is written for visitors in plain language. It is not a lawyer-reviewed contract.

Who we are

Elayono Global is an international Christian ministry with altars in the USA & Canada, Belgium, France and Sweden. For privacy questions, email info@elayonoglobal.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into our website forms:

• Contact form: name, email, subject and message.
• Prayer request form: name, email, optional nearest altar, category, the request itself, and whether you asked us to keep it confidential.
• Newsletter: email address, after you tick the consent box.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. We do not run a public giving checkout here. We do not ask for your phone number on the site unless a real ministry number is later published for you to call us.

How we use it

Contact messages are emailed to the ministry office so we can reply. Prayer requests are emailed to the prayer team at prayer@elayonoglobal.com. Newsletter signups are emailed to the ministry office so staff can add you to updates. We do not sell this information. We do not use it for advertising.

If you mark a prayer request as confidential, we label the email for the prayer team only. That is a staff instruction, not a separate encrypted vault. Do not send information you would not want a trusted ministry volunteer to read in email.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent through Shaka Mail, the ministry's email platform, to inboxes on elayonoglobal.com. Those messages then live in the ministry's mailbox like any other email. We do not operate a separate public database or CRM for these forms today.

Cookies and analytics

This site needs cookies or similar storage that the web host and browser use to deliver pages securely. We have not added a separate analytics or advertising tracker on these pages. If that changes, we will update this policy.

How long we keep it

Email is kept in ministry mailboxes for as long as staff need it to follow up, pray, or keep a record of consent. There is no automated deletion timer. If you want a message or newsletter signup removed, email us and we will delete or suppress what we can find.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a contact message, prayer request or newsletter signup. Write to info@elayonoglobal.com. Visitors in the EU and UK can also contact their local data-protection authority. We will not always be able to erase a request that has already been acted on in pastoral care, but we can stop further email and remove stored copies we still control.

Children

These forms are meant for adults or for a parent or guardian writing on a child's behalf. Do not submit another person's sensitive information without their knowledge.

Changes

We may update this page as the site or our email tools change. The date at the top is the latest revision.
